HOW DO I JOIN DOCKED?

1. Application

Start by applying here to request a tour.

2. Tours

Join us for an in-person or virtual tour with Teagan, our Tour Coordinator.

3. Initiation Fee

Pay a one-time $229 initiation fee to begin your process and lock your spot.

4. Background Check

To maintain our community standards, we'll move forward and ask you to go through a $30-$40 background check (one-time, non-refundable).

5. Membership Term

We offer flexible membership terms to fit your needs. Memberships typically run from 6 to 12 months, with the option to renew or end early with a 60-day notice.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to one month's membership fee, minus $250 for maintenance, is refunded after your membership expires.

Even though all common spaces are fully furnished, private units come unfurnished. Still, Docked offers an optional furniture kit (which includes the installing) for a modest price, feel free to reach out to our Community Manager to order one.
You can conveniently pay your membership fee through our personalized app; it's incredibly simple and user-friendly!
Docked operates in a first-come, first-serve basis, that's why we encourage our applicants to move fast and lock their spot. Once you have paid the initiation fee, the unit is locked for about a week, if for some reason you haven't been able to move forward with the process, we might ask you to release the selected unit and pick a new available option.
