HOW DO I JOIN DOCKED?

 

1. Application

Start by applying on our website to request a tour. Here

 

2. Tours

Join us for an in-person or virtual tour with Teagan, our Tour Coordinator.

 

3. Initiation Fee

Pay a one-time $229 initiation fee to begin your process and lock your spot.

 
 

4. Background Check

To maintain our community standards, we'll move forward and ask you to go through a $30-$40 background check (one-time, non-refundable).

 

5. Membership Term

We offer flexible membership terms to fit your needs. Memberships typically run from 6 to 12 months, with the option to renew or end early with a 60-day notice.

 

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to one month's membership fee, minus $250 for maintenance, is refunded after your membership expires.

 
 

QUESTIONS?

Here are a few answers to the ones we hear frequently.

  • Co-living is a shared housing model. In a Co-Living space, house members share kitchens, living rooms, and other common spaces with other house members.

  • At Docked you don’t sign a traditional ‘lease’, you buy into a membership. By becoming a Docked member you’re signing up for a housing subscription that is all-inclusive; that means utilities, WiFi, cleaning, complimentary coffee, private bathroom, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, on-site laundry… And on top of that you have the freedom of accessing any private space you pick.

  • Becoming a Docked member requires an approved application (Apply Here), paying a $229 non-refundable membership application fee, a security deposit (equivalent to one month’s subscription fee), and first month’s subscription fee. We carefully go over each application to make sure every individual fits into our network of unique individuals.

  • Other then sharing a home with some kickass individuals, at Docked you truly get to understand our core values of connection, comfort and convenience. We encourage our members, ranging from creatives, entrepreneurs, fitness enthusiasts, designers, and chefs, to share their resources with one another. We also try to create a home that is curated with your peace and tranquility in mind, and we try to think of everything you might possibly need so you don’t have to. In addition to all-inclusive living, we also host monthly mixers, and events for all of our house members. We’re also really big on community outreach, and have partnered with local organizations and small business to collaborate and bring fun and unique experiences to all of our members.
